Eligibility Criteria
You must be able to demonstrate extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics through sustained national or international acclaim. Applicants need to provide evidence of a one-time achievement (e.g., Pulitzer, Oscar, Olympic medal) OR at least 3 of the 10 criteria below:

If you have a priority date from the EB-2 or EB-3 class, you can port it to your EB-1 petition. This means you will be able to recycle your priority date in the EB-1 to lower processing times.
