Was responsible for increasing sales from a monthly average of 11 cr to a monthly average of 15 cr in 8 months. The increase in sales was due to the following programs conducted:
1. Elite partner program: Biweekly training on 9 products and processes followed by Jio. The objective was to educate all partners so that they could sell better. The program saw 80% participation with over 650 partners attending all sessions
2. Funnel program: Daily tracking and monitoring funnel generated. Addressing PAMs with lower funnel to increase their number. Funnel increased from 12 cr to 35 cr in FY23-24. (monthly average)
3. Partner Awards and PIP: PAMs crossing 20 lakhs every month were awarded by President, Enterprise Business. Shortlisting PAMs, conducting monthly award sessions were managed by me. Similarly, PAMs not crossing 5 lakhs/month, were issued PIP
4. Commission: Ensuring commission for 6 different products has been duly credited to the partner every month, addressing, and resolving partner/PAM/Partner Development Manager (PDM) queries. [PAM brings business, PDM maintains business hygiene]
5. GST compliance: Ensuring all partners registered for GST are compliant and have paid their dues. Helped reduce outstanding GST amt from 38 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs from 329 partners in 1 month
6. Sharing daily business projections and month, quarter, and annual analysis of through business reviews
7. Top 100 partner program: Monitoring and tracking top 100 partners that brings maximum business, since more than 40% business is generated by these 100 partners
Impact created: Increased business by 5 Cr in 8 months, from 10 cr monthly average in Oct 2023 to 15 cr monthly average in May 2024

Developed an application for personal security as part of a study to address safety concerns faced by women during travel. Researched and reviewed existing safety applications, such as Tell Tail, SafetiPin, and Play It Safe, to understand their features, advantages, and limitations. Utilized tools and techniques to design the application, including Google App Engine, Google Cloud Messaging, and SMS gateway. Implemented features like SOS, fake call, emergency call, sharing location, and safe zone to ensure user safety. Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the proposed system and identified the need for improvements in existing safety applications. The study highlighted the low success rate of current safety apps and the challenges faced by users, paving the way for future enhancements in personal security applications.
