During my internship at Shree Aerodynamic Products (SAP), I worked on various projects that enhanced my expertise in microcontroller programming and communication protocols. One key project involved interfacing a stepper motor with an ESP32 and a potentiometer, allowing for precise control over the motor's position. Additionally, I established communication between two ESP32s using both serial and wireless protocols, such as MQTT Mesh and ESP-NOW. This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of ESP-based communication systems and their application in industrial environments.
In parallel, I gained significant experience in debugging PCBs related to PID control circuits, ensuring smooth operation and responsiveness in real-time control systems. The opportunity to troubleshoot and optimize these circuits allowed me to hone my analytical and problem-solving skills. Through this internship, I developed a deeper understanding of embedded systems, wireless communication, and control systems, all of which have been pivotal in advancing my technical knowledge and practical experience.
